Oct 16th… Deni and Blazers against Ratiopharm Ulm and Euro U18 MVP Ben Saraf

So as it was already said that in preseason game on Oct 16th Deni will met current Israeli prospect 6'6" PG/SG Ben Saraf.

But since then Euro U18 Championship was completed. And while Israel finished 4th – by extremely rare decision Ben Saraf was still awarded tournament MVP title after most dominant Euro U18 performance in last 25+ years, and maybe ever.

Saraf's tournament numbers:
33.4 mpg, 28.1ppg, 5rebs, 5.3 assists, 2.4 TOs, 4.0 steals, 1 BLK, 44.7% FG, 36.2% from 3pt.

His scoring average is highest since 28.6 ppg by Jordi Villacampa way back in 1982. The only other player which averaged over 25+ ppg in Euro U18 since 2000 is Dario Saric in 2012 – 25.6 pts.

He scored 40 pts in first playoff round in win against Spain (featuring probable 1st round prospect Hugo Gonzales), got into foul problem against France in QF but still finished with 23 pts and 5 ast, 0 tov and clearly outplayed projected top-10 pick Nolan Traore (by the way for France also plays another probable 1st round prospect Noa Essengue which we will also expecting to see playing for Ulm on Oct 16th) … and once again scored 40 pts in double overtime loss to Serbia in semifinal game.

Any GM not picking Saraf in the mid 20’s if he’s on the board should lose his job. He’s a straight up baller . Shades of Ginobili and Harden with a killer mentality.
    I’m super in.
