Lazy Pelican analysis. What’s new. Ingram hasn’t played with a point guard in three seasons, he’s had CJ McCollum and no Zion in his 2 playoff appearances. One might think that playing with an actual point guard may help him return to allstar form. One might also think that replacing 2 starters that were horrible defensively(CJ and JV) with 2 starters that are above average defensively (DeJounte and Matkovic) will have an extremely positive impact on the Pels. And lastly one might also think that having Brandon Ingram on this team is a great insurance policy just incase Zion misses the post season for the 4th straight time. Just a different opinion.
