Kawhi is without a doubt, top 5 SF in the league. But he hasn't been healthy for the past 4 seasons… And couldn't even play in the Olympics.
Only way I could see this work would be to limit Kawhi to like 20 regular season games( to run plays and some conditioning), and only bring him out for the playoffs 😂
And even then, we would all be holding our breath Everytime he jumps up, praying that he doesn't start grabbing at his leg when he lends 😂
Naw… Kawhi will play no more than 56 games during the season and won't play the second round of playoffs if he makes it that far. No, don't trade for him.
Terrible trade. Yes when healthy kawhi is still crazy good. But he's never healthy it's guaranteed that he gets hurt before the playoffs. At least most of the ppl you have rn can contribute. We should've trade for derozan if we wanted a scorer.
I would 100% do it. Those picks dont matter. And theyd be giving up injury prone players, aside from moody, for a phenominal injury prone kawhi. Its risky, but what do they have to lose a couple 18-29th picks?

The initial 4 players are fine but too much draft capital given his injury problems. Not even sure he'll be ready for next season.

Kawhi's recent injury history and availability makes me skeptical; I am Kawhi fan, but I would advise GSW to not do this trade‼

Thats a stupid trade for a player who never stays on the court. All those trades and pieces for a player who can't play a whole season should never be a discussion.
This is a trade that is questionable, big risk but potentially big reward. Keeping podz and Kuminga IS HUGE and could actually make them contenders instantly if Kawhi can be healthy for playoffs

I think it’s to much but if they can trade for a little less it’s worth it.. kawhi had 68 games last year and was great for the most part I think the warriors can load manage him great so he’s healthy for the playoffs and then the finals is ours

All this team needs is coach. Let us pray Stackhouse and Stotts can put some common sense in Kerr's head. That he would listen and try other things. His style of coaching had stopped being effective for about the last five years now.

As much i love kawhi in his current career i would not pick him up he has lost is true self, he can't even stay a full season without load management kicks in.
