Not talking about records of seeding predictions but on paper how you feeling about the team ? Do you think if this the roster we walk into the season with (most likely will be) do you think we have a good team on PAPER or is there anything more you’ll like to add? Personally I’ll love to see a bit more shooting (we were pretty average in that department 17th) & another capable defender off the bench. I know Kobe Bufkin can & should be that guy but up until this point he’s had injury issues & still a very young raw player & a steady vet would be great .. Dennis smith jr makes a lot of sense here imo ( he’s also a falcons fan !)

We haven’t made any upgrades this off-season that makes me think we will be a playoff team.
Lots of weaknesses on the roster especially on defense and 3pt shooting. Could be a tough season ahead with how stacked both conferences are

Backup 1/4 are the biggest holes on the roster. I’d lean towards backup 4 being the biggest priority, since I trust Kobe/PG by committee more than Gueye/PF by committee at this point. Moving one of the centers makes sense, and ideally whoever we get would be able to space the floor a little bit at the 4. Not sure if that deal exists at this point, but that’s the dream
The fit is better but 3 crucial players (Daniels, Risacher, JJ) still need time to come into their own. I would start the 3 together and expect improved results from last year. But .500 and a play in seed would be a success. In 2 years maybe Risacher is a breakout 3/D stud and Daniels learns to shoot with JJ making an All Star appearance. That would be a well balanced dangerous team.
With the exception of Clint this roster makes the most sense out of any in the Trae Young era imo
The roster does fit better but the reason we went out and got DeJounte is still an issue: 2nd star and someone who can carry the team when Trae sits. Hopefully Jalen can prove to be that guy but until he claims the slot it’s a troubling ? in the lineup.
I’m just concerned on center rotation and wing rotation. JJ + OO combo likely won’t play enough together.
