I’d say Penny he could have been even better if not for injury and Shaq leaving for L.A.

Gotta be Paolo for this one.

Paolo Banchero. He has the potential to shatter just about every scoring record in Magic history and win us championships.

I agree Shaq and Paolo should be battling for number 1 on this one, but I think acknowledging Jonathon Isaac’s potential without injury could be multi-dpoy level. Everytime he came on to the floor last season there was an energy shift in our favor and I just want to give him some credit for 3 or 4 place.

T-Mac. If he would have focused more on playing defense and being a team leader.

I’ll go along with paolo for this one in the few that I know

Mo Bamba or Paolo. Honestly am stuck on both right now. Paolo really made a huge leap in the postseason. Think he got future mvp caliber skills.
Mo is the better Wemby, an elite 3 level defender with insane length and physique that can score in a variety of ways. Mo is the better 3pt shooter however and an eliter lob threat. If it was any other organization that had rookie Mo, he would have been all nba by now.

Penny.
He is, in my opinion, the greatest ”what if” in history. He had so much potential, he could have been Magic Johnson level, or (again in my homer opinion) even better. If it wasn’t for those injuries. I’ll never not love Penny.

I’d say Shaq if you consider where he was in his career and time when he left the magic. Look at his career after he left. Paulo has potential but we actually know how much of shaq’s career that we missed out on.
Rewatch the 30 for 30 with the magic and you will feel the gut punch much of what could have been all over again.
