The East is so top heavy this season. After the Knicks traded for Bridges and resigned Anunobi, it looked like it would be a two-team race. Then, Morey let somebody hold his beer while he went to work and suddenly, nobody’s expecting anybody to run away with the conference. The C’s and Knicks have the benefit of chemistry on their side and that’s going to help them a lot. But I think we have a higher ceiling and if we can stay healthy, I’m not betting against us. Nurse needs to figure out the roles and dynamics of the roster.
It’s like the boxing adage that says “styles make fights”. It’s possible that one team will simply have a better matchup than the others. Can’t wait to see.

I’ve never been this excited for a Sixers season. This is the most complete team Embiid’s ever had. I’ve got no more trash to talk or slander to avenge. I’m just ready.
