I’m tired of hearing about Marshall being overlooked because of all the wing depth of the Pelicans. If he was that great, he’d have been a starter if his defense is as good as touted. New Orleans has 1 superstar who plays a different position than Naji. I hope he’s good as advertised but if somebody is a hard worker & plays lock down defense, they get a lot of minutes. DJJ played great right up until the finals, let’s hope Marshall really is the upgrade people are saying. Nico’s been pretty good so far so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt until he makes a misstep.
As a mavs fan I think that losing DDJ was big. His chemistry with the rest of the squad was huge. Naji gonna fit right in. Klay gonna shoot definitely an upgrade over Timmy. Plus his gravity alone is gonna help Luka and Kyrie for sure. Grimes pretty much replacing Josh Green. The squad is deep. Now we just gotta figure out who gonna see minutes. OMax can play but he needs to get better from 3. On defense he amazing.
