J-dub at 42 , just right , too low or done to balance the game?

I actually assumed J-dub would have been higher than Chet probably 88-90 range. Hell victor wemby is at 91 or 92. J-dub for most of the year looked like a borderline all- star. Obliviously I’m biased but would take j-dub over everyone on this list( 50-31) if I was starting a new team.
