Crazy to me what he became from his college years. Yeah he was obviously dynamic in college, but there were very real injury concerns with that ankle. To see that he’s making this kinda cash now, he delivered on expected outcomes and then some.

On one hand, I’m sure the Warriors are glad to take care of him considering all he has done for the franchise.
On the other hand, that $62M for a 39-year-old is going to hurt. This doesn’t really help set them up for competing in the late-Steph era.
