You are MAJORLY sleeping on the additions of Deni, and even rookie, Clingan (think year one Kessler impact).
Portland should now clear Utah.
Washington and Brooklyn are easily the biggest problems. Probably the bottom 2.
Detroit and Chicago will hover around the bottom with Portland, but all likely be better than Utah.
Atlanta should also be better than Utah.
