It's genetics. These dudes were just made that way but it's not everyone. I'm 5ft9 now but I was dunking from 17 to until 4 years ago and ill be 49 in dec. I couldn't do it 1 handed and I had to do it off both legs but I still did it at least once every game I played. Even though I barely weighed over 130, I enjoyed playing inside and rebounding more than shooting and that's why I never played for my highschool .. Dennis Rodman was always my inspiration from Detroit until he retired at Dallas. I believe there's exercises you can do now to gain leaping ability but bounce is something you're born with I think
