I’m very curious about this one… Where do we see the Spurs finishing this year and what are our thoughts on em?
If the Spurs had another all star with Paul and Wemby I think they would make the playoffs…someone like Donovan Mitchell or Zion Williamson(depending on health)….

I think the spurs shouldn't have traded the Rob Dillingham pick for future picks. I think they should have moved the 4th pick up to number 1 (using seconds/Future first that will no convey like Charlotte's first/A player they don't want) to pick Risacher and with pick 8 draft a Guard (Rob/Topic/Castle if he stayed). I believe Risacher would have fit perfectly next to Wemby, and they could still get another guard.
Or maybe just select with pick 8 a forward like Matas or Cody who can also fit great next to Wemby (as long and athletic ball handling wings)…
They should definitely improve the win total, but not likely enough in a tough West to sneak into the play in. Next year.

Oh wow you have the spurs in the play-in. I was thinking maybe around 12th seed just because the west is deep as it is (ur 12 is taken by warriors but im saying what id probably predict). But i do think cp3 is a phenomenal get having the floor general god who impacts whatever team hes on. He made the thunder team he was on overachieve, u can say also the suns overachieve when he first went over. Ofc hes not in his prime anymore he has shown his age however your still getting a incredible vet/leader with a great mind. I honestly expected him to ring chase but the fact they got him is wonderful.
I dont really expect the spurs to be active this trade deadline but i mean anything is possible. Im really intrigued with who u have falling to 13 in the west and my guess is the clippers just because i also could see them being low. Kawhi probably wont play much games this yr i mean he pulled out the olympics already due to concerns. Im not gonna bother tryna predict your west like i did east because at least the east is somewhat predictable. West is full on competitive

Vassell as the team's leading scorer?? What! Let me 'splain this to you. CP3's primary target will be Wemby. IF(!) Wemby doesn't score, he passes to one of three options (Vassell, Barnes, CP3) depending on who is open. IOW, Wemby gets 2-3 times as many touches as Vassell. Rumor has it that Wemby is pretty good at scoring when he is near the hoop.

Just found your channel and couldn't be more pleased with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the content. I'm very optimistic about the Spurs' future but less so on the coming season than you are; 36-37 wins for 11th in the loaded west seems about right.
