nuggets have no choice but lets see how this ages lol
Hopefully it pays off
Ngl he ain’t worth that much
50m a year to average 20 a game
Never in doubt. Hope Jamal can stay healthy for a full season
I know they kind of have to sign him with their cap situation being what it is, but I feel like his injuries have stacked up too much at this point and it’s all downhill from here.
50 mil for a non allstar is crazy but if they can win another ring who cares
Hope he don’t post a video to celebrate 🙏🏽
holy overpay? I think..
Yeah MPJ and Murray both making the maxes is gonna look really bad lol. But what else were they gonna do. Hope it works out
These paychecks are getting bigger and bigger, kind of wild to see
Nuggets had no choice
Could be handicapping but had no choice
Hope he’s worth it
So with how much money they have committed and how few draft picks they can trade there’s basically no way for them to make any meaningful trades in the foreseeable future, right? It’s not a terrible roster to be locked in to, but if any meaningful weakness becomes apparent they pretty much just have to work through it somehow.
this is not gonna age well
Well earned contract for sure, hopefully he returns to form
He ain’t worth that $ but he technically deserves it lol so we’ll see
Denver falloff begins thank you jamal
Hypothetically, what could they have realistically gotten for him in a trade?
$52M/yr for him is… definitely a move.
Jalen Brunson’s contract is grand larceny
What winning a championship does to a mf
This that championship tax a whole two seasons later lol
Jokic merchant
That a shit ton of money. Better hope he stays healthy. He is young enough to where a bounce back is in play. Nuggets better hope it comes.
Yikes, dude took 20 shots to average 20 ppg in the playoffs, he needs to be traded rather than extended.
A guy who can safely and mostly anonymously dine in most restaurants in America is making a million dollars a week.
Ahhh, sports in 2024.
If you showed Jamal’s photo to the next 100 people who walked by, how many would correctly identify Murray?
Nuggets fans better hope that 2024 was the post-injury outlier and not 2023
this is going to be considered a Lavine-esque contract a year from now
