As a Philadelphian who has called Montana home for the past 15 years, this post makes me very happy. Jeff Ament is a Montanan who has done amazing things for his home state. He has personally funded the construction of almost 30 skate parks throughout Montana. It’s the coolest thing; you can go to the most rural, bumblefuck part of the state and there is almost certainly a bitching ass skate park there.
Grew up skating Love Park and now I get to continue my passion for skating in my second home, Big Guy Country. Jeff’s a real one– he’s help the youth here, indescribably so.
