Grant's value has peaked, the Blazers will get less for him the longer they wait.
Agree, with the trade comments. The worst-case scenario, JG plays any games this season. We can fake injuries but what if…I don't want to say it out loud, but what if he gets injured? Best case scenario, we don't think about it. We don't need two picks, it would be nice but…1 pick and a good young player is worth it. If wait, it might end up being a salary albatross and put our future in a bind.
I think that Jeremi wants to play for a team he considers home. The place where he was born. I don't see a problem with keeping him if he wants to stay. Doesn't seem like the offers coming in are very good anyway.
Sometimes we forget that these are genuine people and not a commodity.
To a child watching from the stands or on t.v. he is a hometown hero. That should mean more than it does currently.
Remember " and he gets the ball, three seconds left…. Two…. One.. he lets it fly at the buzzer….. Rip city!!!!"
That should still mean something.
If he doesn’t get traded now we will regret it
