Not a huge fan of it. Trading depth and a first for Randle who has a relatively uncertain future. He’s someone who has the ball in his hand which would probably hurt us in some instances

Good trade for the Clippers. I don’t like it for the Hawks or Knicks.

Randle/Nance would really lift our prospects for next year, and would give us 48 minutes of true PF play if needed. However, I still don’t think that’s a title team. I don’t see the Clips trading another FRP, no matter what the protections are.

I would not get rid of norm for Julius idc

  5. Still trying to salvage this roster? I guess Ballmer needs to get butts in those brand new seats somehow.

Terrible. Just save picks for the post Kawhi future.

  7. It’s not happening but it would be a good trade for us since our pick would be top 10 protected in that scenario. I don’t think it makes sense for the Hawks tho. It really wouldn’t do anything for them.

Randle is a ball stopper. That being said, he’s a decent player, but I don’t think he’s a good fit for the Clippers, and I don’t think giving up Powell to get him is a great idea.

  9. Clippers win this trade imo. A *ahem* healthy Kawhi with harden, mann, zu can be a really good team.

Randle’s career usage is 26.8%. Last season it was a career high 29.9%, on a team with Jalen Brunson.

For context, Harden’s last year was 20.6%, and Kawhi’s was 26.5%.

Randle is a bad defender, and anyone who has watched the Knicks has seen how he gets in his own way with a piss-poor attitude, and just keeps shooting if it isn’t falling. Over the past couple seasons he’s shot around 33% from 3 on about 6.5 attempts per game – more attempts than Kawhi has ever averaged.

Worst of all – Randle’s career playoff averages: 17.1/9.4/3.7 on **40.2% eFG**, with 0.7 stocks and 3.9 TOV in 34 minutes.

The only thing he gives the Clippers that they don’t have now is rebounding/size at power forward, and he gets to the line.

If Paul George drove you nuts, Randle would drive you bonkers.
