As a Gopher fan this is a painful memory.

That is incredible. Defensively I don’t know how you’d get a stop though which is maybe why they cut some of that out.

  3. i dont know how the other team doesnt just cherry pick.

What’s with the multiple Collin Sexton thread love today?

Such a fun game it was big on the college basketball subreddit also

He’s like the most replaceable type of player in the league, but he’s got twice the motor as anyone else around him.

When half our team hated his guts for being drafted and an inefficient rookie, all he did was put his head down and work his ass off. I’ll be a fan of his as long as he’s in the league.

  7. Everyone clowning on Minnesota but I know this feeling from Rocket League. When the other team has less players and you’re supposed to win you start playing differently

Fuckin huh? Didn’t expect my crimson tide to be on the nba front page… this was kind of when our program took a massive step. Sexton was the best player we had recruited in a long time, and that dude fucking carried us HARD. After that it was Brandon Miller and Herb. Now we have a solid team and preseason number one after our first EVER final four appearance last year. Hyped for this season!

Been a fan of Sexton ever since this game

If you think that’s impress, you should see him playing 1 on 5 for the Cavs his rookie year.

lmao when he fake-high fived his teammates for the final free throw, that shit made me crack up

  12. Wait, they were down like 15 with 6 minutes to go and cut it to 3?

    That’s insane

  13. Happened to me freshman year of high school against one of the best teams (North Shore) in the Houston area, so we were already expecting to lose going in. We had 5 players at the end of regulation/OT, 4 at the end of 2OT, and eventually got whittled down to 3 during 3OT before they pulled away and won 83-75. It was so absurd that even our coach was cracking up in the huddle as he attempted to draw up a “triangle defense”. Easily the most fun I’ve ever had on a basketball court.

I feel like Minnesota should’ve won by a lot more

  15. That defense though, wtf. That’s some of the weakest double teams I’ve ever seen in my life. Go at him hard, it’s not like he’s got anyone to pass it to.

Didn’t something similar happen with Ausar or Amen Thompson?

Feels just like Rocket League when a team loses a player

Alabama fan. It was a really weird day. We had just lost the iron bowl earlier in the day but this almost made up for it in a weird way. Was epic watching him one man army out there.
