I am NOT a fan of Billups, he hasn’t shown anything to say he is a good, or even capable, coach.
That being said, the organization has had him lose games intentionally since his first year. So i think this is a terrible metric, but very well could be the truth.
McMillan being 80 spots in front of Stotts and ahead of Dunleavey is really making me question this list.
Cheeks ahead of Stotts tells you this is worthless.
