    Due to a call later dubbed as the “phantom foul” (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=R76Uack9TmQ) on Bill Laimbeer, the Pistons would lose this game and ultimately the series. They got their revenge in 1989, sweeping the Lakers for their first championship

    It’s insane how underrated Isiah is because of a bunch of Basketball Reference watchers looking at his stats. He was the 2nd best PG of that era and nobody ever questioned it.

    The idea that people on r/nba have that Stockton is better than Isiah is beyond ridiculous and pure stat sheet watching.
