Awesome to hear. The NBA and the other major American sports leagues (the NFL in particular) are just starting to realize the passion and growth opportunities for sports in Africa have gone nearly untapped for so long. Hopefully, this will bring more opportunity and investment into sports in the continent, as well as more investment into the basic necessities that make serious participation in sports possible: namely meeting a larger portion of the population’s basic food and water needs, as well as limiting the amount of civil conflict and violence.
