My guy was a JUNIOR in HS movin like a PRO. If you’re from Chicago, you know winning a CPS League Title & IHSA Title in back to back years (2006 & 07) is mostly unheard of, but D-Rose did it effortlessly🌹

Instead of rocking the team shoe, D-Rose went and pulled out his LeBron 3s

The Bulls had a 1.7% chance at getting Rose.

Rose always had that IT factor

Like, he turned up in the biggest moments. His domination was more calculated and precise. Kobe said he recognized it in him and that it’s just like his and MJs, and if you followed his career you saw it too

National championship run. NBA Eastern conference Finals run. He was just on a different level than his peers and knew how to win. His time was coming

Watching rose’s landing technique knowing what I know today… I wish I can crawl through my phone and yell at him to learn to land properly 😭😭😭

Played against him when he was going to be a sophomore in High school. It was great, it went great. Everyone had fun.

Extremely aesthetically pleasing in the complete opposite way of kyrie irving … so dope

man if only his coaches from back then drilled some fundamentals on how to land safely. you can tell how reckless he was, and then continued to be in his pro years.

He was a one of one

I remember first seeing him in the NBA and thinking “holy shit, there’s no way his body can keep this up”

Remember seeing DRose and Eric Gordon on hoop mixtape and thinking ain’t no way these mfs high schoolers. My hoop dreams died right there

Bench be lookin like oompa loompas with those shorts

He also almost carried Memphis to a national title. I think if Rose stayed heathy he would have been LeBron’s biggest competition in the league

*BLUE 23 DID YOU NOT GET THE MEMOOOOOO*

God the landing after that dunk in the beginning of the clip was foreshadowing the injuries to come

I also remember him at Kentucky just blowing by people in the fast break. Incredible talent

Just want to point out that Shaun Livingston won back to back IHSA state titles (2003-2004). He also had his professional career nearly ruined by an injury

Too bad he got so much injury on his knees. He retired early, still a legend if you ask me.

You can see him fucking up his knees with each leap. Really bad kinetics

  17. Aww look at the little kid cheering on his dunk from the stands…wait…that’s his team mates…
