I worked for a beer store in the Philly market. Those tall boys come in 12-24 packs ranging from $20-25 when I was there. They’re literally price gouging you while not paying a living wage. If you’re supporting the scabs then go fuck yourself. The only winners were Aramark and they’ve been fucking us the entire way.

I go to games regularly. I was going to say I will boycott concessions at the stadium in support of the striking workers, but I already boycott the food there due to the ridiculous prices.

Aramark provides the food for my hospital campus. It’s now 5 dollars for a grilled cheese. I cannot stand this company.

Can’t imagine buying food in a stadium in the first place, shit is expensive for no reason on top of already paying to be there. Just a waste of money when you can eat prior to going and after leaving.

Aramark are a disgrace. They also have the contract to provide food for Direct Provision Centers in Ireland. There’s stories of them refusing a slice of bread for a sick child.. meanwhile their contract is worth millions.

When I was a kid we used to sneak dollar hoagies into Phillies games so we didn’t have to buy overpriced concessions.
30 years later and the prices have skyrocketed to insane levels and the people who support this whole operation have, like many American workers, barely got a cent. It’s absolutely shameful.
