Vince deserves the love and adulation because he will forever be a Raptors legend. Put the city on the map. Basically made basketball popular in the city of Toronto and was the first superstar that you can truly say was a superstar and transcended in Toronto. Yeah the way he left hurt the franchise but that was a long time ago and people really need to let it go.

When I was a kid he came to my school at Jane and and Finch and it was a big ray of sunshine that actually gave me some hope and a big boost. Vinceās Kids or something like that.
I dunno what heās supposedly doing for the community now but Iām thankful he did that for us when he was the man in Toronto.
I actually forgot about this till now and havenāt thought of it in a very fuckin long time but remembering it now is letting me re-feel what it meant then.
