crazy how there's a generation that wasn't born when VC played for the Raptors. Growing up watching him play as a 6-12 year old was truly a blessing, he was our MJ!
When VC arrived everyone in Canada was playing the great game of hockey which is now unaffordable. Today, it is basketball everywhere and Canada is now producing NBA all stars.
Much love VC. I remember when people were speculating you wanted to leave and yet you donated this basketball court to the City of Toronto and none of it was in the news or heralded. Just hate was being spun and nobody bothered to see what was really happening. Major props to Raptors organization to do it this way, the right way.

The Raptors first superstar… welcome back. Now, let's VC on the Raptors live game broadcast team!
This is a mistake. Kyle should be the first guy to be retired his number.

This melts my heart all the way – some good news in this city for once
Nothing but love for VC, greatest raptor ever, most electrifying. The reason why I started playing basketball back in the day.
