Wiggins is no longer a bon-fide shooter, his percentages may be slightly above average but defences don't respect him like that and even Podz is going to have to take and make enough to actually get their respect and space the floor.
I'm guessing what happened here is that Atlanta must have already offered Plowden more of a role than he was ever going to get on this roster. I don't have any problem with him chasing an actual place in the league rather than being dicked around by this coaching staff. He was clearly the standout in summer league there is no objective reason to choose Beekman or Spencer over him unless he let the team know of Atlanta's offer and his desire to take that instead.
so wait….the Lakers let go Blake Hinson the Warriors grab him then let go Plowden. i still think Plowden is better even if Hinson has slightly higher shooting percentages.
Warriors show do love guards don’t they? But all honesty those 2 way spots should’ve been filled with Blake Hinson, daeqwon plowden, and post. I don’t know why they keep holding on to Spencer and he not one time seen the floor.

Atlanta signed Plowden a couple days after!
Plowden is better than Spencer but Kerr took a liking to Spencer. That shit doesn’t make sense! Plowden really reminds me of Andrew Wiggins!
I'm good with Post but Plowden should have swap with Spencer or Santos
The GM should be fired for letting Plowden go and go with much inferior guards
