Stephon Castle’s game resemblace to the youngest MVP, drose.

i know, the SGA comparison is pretty fair..but watching Drose highlights (as a mini tribute to his greatness), can't help but notice the resemblance on their games, while both got the stoic demeanor, how drose disects the interior defence, his Js, movements; looks very similar to our boy..If Stephon could develop that jumper, sharpen those slashes, imagine a 6'6 drose..o mama! GSG! >>offseasondays😅

Stephon Castle plays 0% like Derrick Rose.

Castle is closer to Derrick White than Derrick Rose imo. He isn’t explosive and agile like the prime DRose.

Like others here have said… just no. Derrick Rose was a perfect mixture of pure speed and shiftiness. His crossovers were lethal and then he could blow past any defender to the rim. His ability to finish at the rim was also almost unmatched at the time. Stephon Castle, while a great player is more so a mixture of SGA and Jrue Holiday. His own coach, Dan Hurley made the Holiday comparison. He is a defense first, make the right play sort of player. Similar to a Derrick White or Jrue Holiday. They will give you 100% at all times and do whatever you ask of them to win. His offensive game, while still limited, is showing flashes of SGA in the way he is slow and methodical in dissecting the defense. It’s still a big work in progress though, and the shooting will also need to come around (which I have full faith it will with more training and opportunity).

Castle plays more like SGA than d rose. Nobody is as explosive and had the body control prime d rose had

Stephon feels more like a pg version of jimmy butler to me, so that’s the right Bull comparison instead of DRose

I don’t think this comparison makes sense at all
