DLo: “I think for me, honestly, I really want to apologize in the sense of showing a lack of professionalism at times. So for me, just keeping that maturity and that professionalism throughout the year no matter the ups and downs. Holding myself more accountable on the defensive end.”

    What is this unfamiliar feelingā€¦accountability??

  2. FershureB

D-lo wanting to prioritize defense at the beginning of campā€¦ where have I heard this before?

  3. Odd-Direction9452

Heā€™s good at talking. Now letā€™s see it.

  4. Zeetheking1

He went on mason and Ireland later and said that he didnā€™t really think he acted unprofessional but his circle told him that he had so I would take this with a grain of salt.

Just saying what people want to hear to make himself look good.

Thatā€™s good. He lost a lot of his new good will after what he did in game 3. Still, have to see it. I think he can be a serviceable piece.Ā

What did he say last year? He wanted to be Derrick White? He started out the season pretty high in the league in deflections and then went ghost so itā€™s a will issue and not a skill issue. In other words, weā€™ll see. He talks a lot.

If he doesn’t improve his best contract will be between minimum and midlevel. So hopefully he will be good this season.

I do believe Dā€™lo would like to be a plus defender but he quite literally canā€™t be physically.

  10. i like what i’m hearing. time to apply it on court.

A lot of it is his body language. Like you can tell when he’s upset since he wears his heart on his sleeve. That’s his personality though and I don’t think you can change that about him.

I think he watched that RDC skit:

    ā€œAccountabilityā€¦. I needed that!ā€

This what I like to hear. Put in the work all game, all season, and off the court. A little more consistency in that 3 would take us to another level too.

This dood is a Top 10 point guard, I’ll fight someone on this hill.

He catches fire, in the 4th quarter, about as well as any player in the entire league.

The gummy bear game was funny af tho ngl

You guys still drinking this DLo Koolaid? šŸ˜‚

  17. Well good, thatā€™s the right thing to say at least, but his actions are what matters. Heā€™s a skilled player who has never used his head to become a complete player, maybe heā€™s finally grown up, that would be terrific.

It’s okay Dlo you had to deal with Ham, we understand
