    >Paul George’s early impressions of this Sixers team:

    >“Really talented group, top to bottom…The character here, everybody’s on the same page. It’s a real brotherhood…This is gonna be a fun year.”

    >How good can this team be?

    >George: “I think we’ll be really good. I will be hopeful that we’re one of the best teams in the NBA, top-three in the East for sure. But I think we should be able to compete for a championship.”

    >”Going up against a superstar team in Miami… you can’t do it alone… You do figure out that it’s a challenge winning a championship being a lone superstar… It’s understanding the landscape of where the league is going.”

    >Says he learned from time in OKC w/ Russell Westbrook.

    >Paul George on being 34: “I still feel youthful, I still feel young. I still feel like I can play at a high level.” Said he thinks the team has a good mixture of youth and veterans.

    >Paul George on the
    @sixers
    ‘ balance between veterans and young players:

    >”We all have aged well. I still feel youthful, I still feel young, and I still feel I can play at a high level. The beauty is in having youth around us.

    >It’s a good mixture that we have here. We have veterans that know how to win when it matters, and we have guys that can get us to that point.”

    Health is the only thing standing in our way

  3. ivica zubac, steven adams and roy hibbert in shambles

  4. I guess he’s calling Maxey an elite point guard. To me he’s an elite guard but I think he’s still got to improve as a passer to be considered a true point guard. But he’s gotten better every year and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a better passer this year. Also Embiids passing has gotten a lot better the last year or two so him being a better passer will help the team too especially since we’ve finally got a bunch of guys that can shoot well.

    Has he ever played with an elite big man period? I def wouldn’t call hibbert, adams, or zubac “elite”

  6. Damn George Hill and Hibbert disrespect🤭🤭
