  1. I slightly disagree on Ayo Dosunmu here – he's a good sleeper. Now obviously it depends what round we're talking, but I wouldn't call him overvalued per se. Sure, the minutes could come down a little bit, but he was featured heavily for 2 1/2 straight months and he put up very good numbers in those months. A guy that shoots that well on that large of a sample size is going to get minutes on a team starved for offense. He shot close to or over 50% 5 different months. Heck he shot an absurd 46% from 3 in 28 games (it'll come down, but its very encouraging). Lavine also can never stay healthy and has less reason to risk injury on a bad team (will take his time coming back from any knacks).

This isn't a good team, in fact, it's one of the worst teams in the league. Lavine is likely out of the picture, as is Vucevic. As this team slides further out of the rankings and they start reducing the minutes of their older veterans, Ayo's minutes will only climb higher. He's also a 4th year player and is still relatively young (turns 25 in January) – they also re-signed him to a decent contract. Even if Giddey is a high usage player, he's not a score first player, he sets up other people, and Ayo is one of the only legit capable shooters and scorers on the team.

If he's doing that well at 9 shots per game in January, and then doing that much better on 13 shots in March, there is only going up as the shots increase, and conceivably he should be getting more shots on this team.

If his January is his floor and March/April his ceiling, then he likely falls somewhere inbetween, and that's a very solid player to have on any team. Heck, that's a Bane type of player statistically several rounds later.

  2. I don’t know what a slow draft is I mean besides the obvious but ffs I have to work right when the draft starts

  3. so in round 4 of a 14-team, it is better to go Duren or Ayton over Vucevic? I need a center with decent free throw for round 4 in my league when I draft 3rd. Brook Lopez is my target for round 5.

  4. Are we sure Giddey coming off an injury is just being handed the ball and control of the offense and 30+ minutes every night? Coby White started off slow and ended the season playing injured but his best 50 games stretch November 20th through March 9th he was 48th in category leagues and Ayo last 38 games was 58th… Giddey was 119th on the season. Billy Donovan also says he’s willing to play 3 guard lineups. I might just avoid all of them tbh but ppl drafting Giddey high excepting huge minutes, usage and stat lines might be in for disappointment but we will see
