CB is a legit starter
Weren't you saying we would be good at defensive rebounding? What stood out to me the most today, the Celtics dominating on the offensive glass.
Westbrook will be fine if they can somehow convince him to stop making bad layups.
The Celtics shot poorly from 3, but made up for it in volume and their bench players are clearly better than ours, but when it comes to the starters it still seems like the Nuggets are the better team.
My biggest worry remains Jamal Murray. We still haven't seen him play well in many many months now.

Russ can go 3-10 but the bench could play even because he’s getting shots for guys. If Reggie went 3-10 last year their minutes were entirely sunk because he’s not a table setter and the rest of the dudes couldn’t create
For me would be ridiculous to not play Nadji when season starts. It has more sense to not play Cancar because Zeke have long and big contract and last year he was better player than DJ.
Murray should try less to be more effective (last year he was trying to do to much with the bench- 5-6 times in raw he tried to finish in raw with 2nd unit, that type of offense played Bones 2 years ago, and was very ineffective maybe probably Malone does not have other plan)
The way I see it, with all the misses Russ will get he just needs rim finishers to clean him up off the boards. Joker, AG, DJ, and maybe even Zeke could all be the 4/5s with Russ

I was disappointed with the loss but at the same time the positives far outweighed the negatives imo. And it was a nice surprise to hear a Zappa mention! As a big Zappa fan it’s nice when some of my favorite things collide! Next time you need to demand some actual Zappa music!
I think the starters were taking it easy, preseason can cause unwanted injuries and they don't want that. Just get a feel of the ball with Russ on the floor. I thought they looked promising.
I'd understand bit of glazing on this podcast, because well, it's their job to prop up the team, but sometimes it's too much, sometimes they remind me of PHNX. Can we at least partially stay in the realm of reality?
