    yep Joel and Luca will have to learn DURING the season to keep the weight off, Late night eating before bedtime and cookies, cakes, and ice cream and bad snacks are "no bueno" ( not good), for anyone, especially a professional athlete.

    These folks be talking about Embiid like he's fat. He's far from fat. He's clearly not sitting around eating cookies, otherwise he'd be as big as Shaq was. Losing weight would just be good for his knees and longevity. I would argue he was in very good shape last season but he's still a giant guy making aggressive movements. And since he was out for so long before playoffs he wasn't in game condition and his knee was still hurt.

    I just don’t see Sixers going far this season once again when the times come they will choke or Embiid will get injured 😢
