  1. Saying you need to see something on court before you can premeditatedly evaluate a trade is a cop out. It is the same as when people say "when healthy". Well duh. Every player can get hurt so all analysis is based on if healthy. Unless the player is Kawhi and playing on a perpetual and concurrent bum knee that flames up everyday.

  2. Jaden doesn't and will not play the 4. In the past he was terrible there. Cause if he was good there they would have found a way years ago to keep Kat at the 5, Jaden at the 4 and find another OG or Mikal type SF to play to basically run a current knicks roster with Ant and whoever else at guard. But that never worked. Cause Jaden is a 3.

  3. Awesome to finally have you guys back. You were missed! Great chemistry, insight and love for Basketball. Top 3 hoops podcast for sure.

  4. I dont really understand why people ask how does Julius Randle fit next to Rudy Gobert? Why are these people acting like its randles first time playing with another big? Did he not just play his best season next to Isiah and Miitchell Robinson? Those guys have no offensive game either. Or Taj Gibson in the past and his occasional mid range?

  5. Klay’s last game he was 0-10. He clearly needs to get some back door cuts early
To get in the flow. A couple of those will really open up the corner threes.

  6. You do realize that Klay shot 0-10 in the play-in game against the Kings, right? The Kings beat the Warriors by 24 points that day, and that was without Malik Monk and (now) Demar DeRozan. All that being said, I agree the Mavs are at the top of the list, followed by the Pelicans and the Kings. I think OKC, Minn, Denver and Phoenix are overrated, with Memphis possibly jumping one or two of those teams. Oh, BTW the Kings pretty much had their way with Minn last year…

  7. #1 Regular Season team that added iHart & Caruso with no talk is wild.
Just where the smallest market team wants to be.
Dallas, enjoy last year's GSW's worst on/off player as your "major addition"

  8. re: WOLVES: Chris Finch has been talking about (incl pre-trade) turning takeaways into more transition buckets. Convinced he wants to run a lot more. He also said that he likes Randle's drive and kick abilities

  9. Got a lot of respect for this pod but 55 minutes on the Western conference and they didn't mention the Thunder one time. Pretty crazy if you ask me!

  10. The move Minnesota made is NOT good – Julius Randle, Ant and Gobert forget a Big 3 that's a Weird 3 – hard to picture those guys gelling at all

  11. Tim legler is probably the only analyst that players don’t hate or despise unlike Perkins, Stephan A, Skip, Colin, Nick Wright, Shannon etc

  12. Hardy is and will be a bust. Great physical talent. Poor decision maker. Lacks effort & smarts on D. Plays losing basketball. No room for him on a Championship potential team. Should have traded him last year when he still had some value.

  13. all nba podcast and numbers on the board podcast all need in my nba content consumption…….we back

  14. The guy on the left is only there to play devil’s advocate and be a little bit of a contrarian. He doesn’t necessarily bring honest assessments.

  15. I find it weird that they spent most of that Suns segment not talking ahout the defense. Thats still a glaring issue for them

  16. Mavs added Klay Naji & Grimes. All amazing to above average at worst 3point shooters and defenders even though klay obviously isnt in his prime anymore but he still averaged 18ppg on 39% 9 3pt FGA a game. Great roster and one of the deepest bench ITL. Also spence, great ball handler and can create shots and clutch and was a huge part of that 2022 WCF run. They even have a 7’5 defensive stopper. They were just a few pieces away from beating Boston and I think they’ll be able to this time with hopefully a HEALTHY Luka and Kyrie getting over the hump. Whoever they meet, I think they will beat. I feel like they should and will win it this year💯💯

  17. AY THEY'RE BACK! Y'all are my favorite NBA pod, I learn so much about basketball and strategies. Only way it could get better is having Zach Lowe as a guest! Adams Mares is one of the most objective and best NBA commentators there is.
I'm not sure why Legs thinks the chemistry was off with KAT. I sit behind the bench and have been to almost every Wolves game and the team always seemed close with KAT. They were cheering their asses off when KAT scored 62 in that Hornets game.

  18. Hard to understand how this pod has so few subs. Then again espn retaining SAS and Perk tells me the public want stupid takes rather than serious talk. Ps, get Zach on this show.
