    So it's a similar situation as Bruce Brown. The overpaid option will probably be picked up just in the hope to use him in trade.
    That has not worked out with Brown so far. There's even less chance it works for Agbaji.
    Hopefully I'm wrong and he makes a massive jump this season.

    We're in a rebuilding phase, not every player the team bets on is gonna boom but I really don't think we've seen enough of Ochai to make a conclusive decision. People need to chill and let players develop.

    Given the fact Ochai was here with the team for half a season, he needs a full year to prove himself. That being said, if he doesn’t improve his three-point shooting to go along with his defense, he’ll be Stanley Johnson 2.0.

    Agbaji is this core’s Stanley Johnson. People need to understand Agbaji has spent his whole career in the NBA l”developing” so it’s not like he’s some guy from the G League you’re taking a flyer on. He’s been in the NBA for his 4th season now and he still looks like a rookie just like Stanley Johnson did. The raptors should not pay Agbaji more money because his rookie deal is up soon and they’ll have to extend him on a larger deal. Ramsey is essentially the same player as Agbaji except you can have him in your system on a G League deal. Waive Agbaji, Move Shead to a full NBA contract, and give Shead’s 2 way spot to Jamisson Battle. I know it’s just one game but im impressed with Bruno Fernando’s game but I think we will sign him based on the fact we don’t have depth at the center position.

    i like agbaji but he fell short of my decent expectation…at least give him this season to perform…then decide…but ramsey is solid to be honest….battle is also a better shooter.

    I’ll keep saying it way before the season started… Jamal Shead is a way better version of ochai… we need to give his minutes to Shead cuz that guy is a straight dawg!!!

    If this draft is actually that good, why would anyone trade for Bruce Brown for a FRP if nobody wanted him during a “weak” draft
