There you go Wesley! Awesome job pushing the pace
Is my stream bad or is everyone else’s cutting between game and commercials randomly?
The lads look improved ngl
Oh man Malachi’s lucky he hit that shot. He had three guys in his vicinity and missed two open passes
Why is Blake running point let Steph do it omg he’s literally coaching Cissoko live on floor
juan nunez over ajay mitchell gives me migraines
If Wesley can learn how to do literally anything on offense, that downhill speed is going to be tantalizing.
Mitchell was someone I really wanted with a second round pick. The guy is an extremely well-rounded combo guard
Malaki dude if you’re going to get owned by Ajay Mitchell at least make your open threes homie
If Branham can’t shoot right, he’s going to have a hard time getting any minutes.
The pace is so fast with Blake pushing down the court every possession
Want to see more Steph on the ball, calling things. Blakes a black hole lol..
Understandably this is all trashy preseson shite.. take things with a grain of salt.
That’s been Mamu’s biggest weakness since he’s been with the team. Defensive awareness, you gotta switch there and pick up the perimeter guy.
Lake Wesley has honestly impressed me so far. Every time he gets the ball he’s putting immense pressure off of makes and misses just speeding up the court. It’s a big reason why San Antonio’s had much better spacing. The thunder haven’t been able to get their defense comfortably set
The backup guard minutes this year are going to be very, very interesting to watch between Castle, Jones, Wesley, and Malachi
Castle at PG: Good passes, great pace, still not used to NBA speed causing all kinds of rookie mistakes. This is 100% going to sort itself out. Jury still out on shooting.
Blake is the primary reason our commentators were saying we were playing too fast. He is absolutely, 100% not a point
Currently working, how’s Castle looking?
NBA TV in Austin: blacked out
CW Austin: an episode of Lois and Clark
That’s the difference between Tre and Blake. Tre can get the ball quickly up the court in complete control, Blake always looks out of control.
Castle’s perimeter defense is gonna be a huge asset for us
New commentator is surprisingly pleasant – big shoes to fill, but doing just fine thus far.
i feel like Castle will struggle with the best foul merchants for a while. He really like to wrap them up on the perimeter.
gonna see the goofiest “shot attempts” if he does that vs certain players
I haven’t really followed the announcer side of things but why didnt they promote Weiss to PBP after Land retired?
Get Mamu back in there!
Champagnie loves shooting threes huh
I keep thinking we don’t look the best but then I remember we have no Wemby, Devin, or CP3 tonight. And OKC is only missing Shai really. I don’t think we’re doing that terrible with those things considered.
Barnes got some tiny ass ears.
That’s a bad call tbh. Sochan didn’t hit Hartenstein much and Hartenstein was pushing with his arm
Hot damn Julian’s already taken eight three-pointers…
Goddamn, the Thunder defense is tough
Champagnie just shooting that shit
gotta respect it lmao
I love how Champagnie isn’t worried if he misses a few. Started off 1-4, now at 4-9
Barnes looks pretty slow out there
Sochan is going to be best as a bench energy guy.
J Dub just too good
Williams takeover
Keldon just makes too many questionable decisions in clutch time and he’s too active to hide it
Thats a crazy shot
keldon and malaki continue to make the same mistakes consistently of last season.

Out of Branham, Wesley, Keldon, and Champegnie, I might go with Julian having the best value for the Spurs three years from now.
Julian making the case to be in the starting line up
For history’s sake:
How’s /r/NBASpurs feeling about our team halfway through our first pre-season game? Any early predictions for the season?
I hate Jalen Williams. We look terrible on both sides of the ball. 3 ball kept us in it for most of the game but again we can’t finish quarters.
sochan the destroyer with the crazy block, my god. keldon knocked all the energy outta the air with that foul tho
We are 16-46 from the field because just a lot of guys just charged into the paint against 2 or 3 people. Is Devin the only guy with a midrange? Surely an open midrange is still a more efficient shot than taking it against 3 people in the paint when you’re 6’5
Keldon, Malaki, and Wesley gotta go after this season I’m sorry
