I think people thinking klay fell off is in for a surprise, both offensively and defensively. He’s not as good as before but he’s more than good enough for the role he’s asked to play.
I think a big reason that KAI did so well this past year, especially after the grant trade, was bc he simply found the joy and fun in playing basketball again. I think Klay was tired of that GSW fans and the culture surrounding him with all the negativity about not starting and just him being washed. I think he will have fun and find his joy back with This Dallas roster.
Klay is gonna make some shots but he's not moving the needle.
