Certain young players are immune from having their playing time reduced by Kerr for making silly mistakes and playing poorly while others must feel like no matter what they do they will never be rewarded. It must actually feel like punishment when you outplay someone but you need to make way because they are always accomodated for while you need to fight for minutes.
