I think Dean Wade should be the starter at the "3". He has the perimeter defense, the size, and the outside shot to be the missing piece in that starting five. Of course he would have to stay healthy and lose the bashfulness about shooting. But if those two thing could be accomplished, he would give a starting five that ranks in the two or three best in the entire NBA.
