There is a new Banner (not Banner 18) in the middle of all the championship banners. It reads: “Humility” “Mindset” “Togetherness” “Toughness” “Passion” “Compete” Those are the principles Joe Mazzulla said he wants the #Celtics identity to be built on.

I’d prefer a banner saying “We are the Apex Predator and will seek out the blood of the weak.”

    But that’s just me.

If we did this after losing a championship I would be like what the fuck dude but because we won last year I am all for this shit. MAZZULLA BALL BABY

    “Mindset” is objectively funny.

I really hope Mazzulla is our Popovich. It’s way too early to tell and maybe I’ll look like a fool and a clown for saying that in a few years but I could see him being the type of coach that sticks around 20+ years through various iterations of the teams and rebuilds.

We pride ourselves on only hanging championship banners, yet we hang this bs? I appreciate the sentiment but it just seems stupid imo.

Remember when this fanbase wanted to flay Mazzulla alive? Pepperidge Farms remembers.

Thank god Mazzulla cares about humility and togetherness because otherwise he’d be the most successful serial killer in history.

Eh. This is one step away from “Heat Culture”
