I love all Sacramento media people optimism, for this season, with 50+ wins. I’ll be super happy with 50, but I think they’ll get 46-48 wins. That’s probably play-in again. And preseason didn’t change my mind, I thought that all offseason.
same as last year- bad teams Kings don’t show up. This attitude will cause them to make the play in vs payoffs
Why is this team so small?
What do we all expect. They're going to suddenly solve "playing down" to the opponents? lol idk what goes on in the locker room for these bad teams to beat them but it hasnt been address. At least in this point in time.
I'll just call it like it is: our perimeter defense sucks, Portland went on a run after hitting bunch of 3s, we sure can use a Harrison Barnes type defender. It's not a good look for your starting 5 playing dam near entire game to be blown out before the half end by your metrics in the last 2 games, so……. Seems like derozan offense isnt enough to help this below 100 points? Maybe its time to pack it up.

I know it’s pre season. But when the actual season starts, Matt would u like to see Fox become more selfish and less passive as much he has been? I understand he has Derozan there but my only concern is if Fox feels like he HAS to get demar involved. This team cannot be with demar the head of the snake. To me Fox has to really stamp that this is his team just like evey other superstar does for there team. Once he does stump it I feel like it will help Derozan fill his role of what he is of this team

As great as it looks of keegan bulking up and with looks of it being easier for him to get to the rack. Is that really what we need from keegan? I swear every time he bulks up his 3 pt percentage goes down. Am I the only one that feels like he fits this team better being a catch and shoot player than a shot creator ? I’m not trying to panic because it’s pre season but we seen it last year. It feels like everyone knew their role the first year, second year was everyone trying to do more than their role. Sometimes less is more, we need to get back to that . We already get the “more” from Derozan and Fox

Kings are good its just others are better. Should they lose to the Blazers in the regular season? No. Could they any given day? Sure. These days…because my favorite teams tend to be mid at best…at the beginning of the season I've come to expect my teams to finish in the same general neighborhood betting odds gives them. No matter my heart, rationalizations, "expert opinions" from sports writers and content creators, and my dreamy fan head….its a good bet…pardon the pun…that my teams will finish right around where Vegas has them. And others who are able to be more objective than I. This season Vegas odds has the Kings finishing 10th in a strong Western Conference. I'd say thats good, and about right. And sometimes the 15th place team might jump up and bite a mid team like the Kings. I wouldn't make too much of it, 'bro. Its going to be a good season, Kings most likely a play in team to one degree or another . 7-8-9-10th at best. Don't be surprised and make the most of it come the postseason👍
