That is the first useful take I have heard in about 20 videos. Yes when he doesn’t have the ball on his hand if he is in the lineup at the end, what does he do? In this NBA there are not enough slasher so if he’s willing to slash the basket, and I think he would be, then he can get dimes dropped to him And can impact spacing that way instead of whatever everybody assumes now which is to stand at the three-point line
Watch Westbrook cut to the hoop again and again knowing Jokic will get him the ball. Do not see him standing on 3 pt line. Nope.

Simmons is toasted
Westbrook isnt going to close games. They have so many other options. Even if Murray is hurt it would be strawther and braun backcourt to finish because they know their roles.
