  1. I think their strategy and approach to the season is actually pretty interesting. I disagree with the sentiment that this season should be a tank job for them. The Atlanta Hawks got the number one pick despite being a 36 win team, in 2019 the pelicans got the number one pick despite 33 wins. In this new nba tanking and creating a losing culture adds no benefit to your team and it’s future, especially when anyone, LITERALLY anyone can come out with the number one pick. Might as well do it with a team that shows it has potential to win and grow.

  2. Buzelis's middle name is Arvidas- an alternate spelling of Arvydas, as in Arvydas Sabonis, the Micheal Jordan of europe. I know there's probably a million kids named Arvydas/Arvidas who didn't make it this far, but I like to think it's gonna be foreshadowing LOL (also, you pronounced his name perfectly!! well done!! 🇱🇹🎉🎉)

  3. I think people forget how flukey that deballzach team was when they became the 1 seed they had a easy record of mid and bad teams and when they went up against above 500 teams they were 3-11 or 3-10 i forgot which one. I think that along with the lonzo injury reality kinda set in and they started facing actual teams trying to prove something and even with their best defender in lonzo they weren't gonna go anywhere with that team.

  4. I think the Pistons are a great example of why tanking isn’t all it’s hyped up to be.
