The Pelicans new deal for Trey Murphy III puts the writing on the wall for the future of Brandon Ingram with the club. Trevor Lane looks at where this is headed…. #NBA #TheBasketballBulletin
Trey Murphy on the cheap! The funny, crazy thing is Trey Murphy money he got used to max contract just a few years ago! So Brandon Ingram is only 2 star player. One thing I hate is not every player in the NBA a three point shooter. Demar. D. has carved out an incredible career without being a 3 point shooter. Who careers would you rather have Ducan R. or Demar?? If you can score especially one-on-one then u have value in this league! Period! Brandon is not a center, lol! Have u been Drinking?
Brandon Ingram to the Pacers for Myles Turner makes a sense. Myles Turner is perfect for Zion and the Pels, and the Pacers don't have a wing with length, especially not one like Ingram, who is a 2-way player. Pelicans have extra wings, and Pacers have some extra bigs, especially now that they traded for James Wiseman, who they can develop into a very good player. In this case it wouldn't matter to the Pacers if Brandon Ingram is a true #2 or not, because they were already overpaying players who weren't even #3s on competitive teams, and if they can get Wiseman to what his draft stock projected him as, they will have a very good trio of young players that are more affordable than most 'big 3s', because Wiseman is on his rookie deal.
BI suffers from a psychological and personality disorder. He needs to get some therapy and play basketball. He had issues in LA as well and would not be a good fit to come back. He needs therapy.
I wonder if the incentives are a thing of the past. The Heat gave Herro unlikely-to-be-earned incentives before the new CBA but now they count against the cap with the new CBA.
Have you noticed other deals not having incentives as well?
Two options come to mind; to Potland for Ayton or to the Hawks for Capella and Hunter/Bog. I suppose the tade chip Wizards could always be a fit somehow.
finally the nba over paying is over. it's about time that nba players start getting paid what they're worth. Way too many one time all stars are getting paid like they are superstars. Brandon Ingram is only worth about 20-25 million a year. if he wants a max then send him to detroit or washington.
James news: and yes, kids and adults and their families from around the world when is the commissioner of the NBA Adam Silver going to remove or trade Brandon Ingram of New Orleans Pelicans and Zach LaVine of the Chicago Bulls for Nadir Hifi was born July 16th, 2002, and Isaiah Alexander Maurice was born April 1st, 1996. and yes, peoples want to see Ingram and LaVine toward the Brooklyn Nets with the new head coach Jordi Fernandez with Dennis Schroder and captain Ben Cinnamons was born on July 20th, 1996, to win this national championship title this season Stephen A. Smith and Shaq O' Neal. and yes, Stephen A. Smith your other son is a very good professional basketball player Nadir Hifi of Strasbourg, France at the age of 22-year-old he is a mix-race of color young man that play great basketball overseas directors and filmmakers. hello! Enrique Freeman and Kevin Porter Jr., what is on your mind? Brooklyn Nets, Indiana Pacers, Portland Trail Blazers, Miami Heat, and the Boston Celtics win this season NBA title 2025!
If im New Orleans id try to trade BI to the Clippers for Zubac & 1 of their young pieces. Leonard is always hurt so at least Harden gets a running mate & it solidifies NO's center position
Yeah but you can add lavine or ingram and draft cooper flag or any of the other top guys in next years draft and rebuild so if you pistons nets wizards spurs, blazers they could look to do it
Trade for who? Cause any team that would take BI isn't offering much to him or the Pels in return knowing he is done there after this year. Even if he was on a solid long term deal they would struggle to trade a +35m guy who is like the 3rd best on a contender anywhere. BI is Zach Levine 2.0 basically
The trade should be BI for Poeltl and Bruce Brown. That makes the most sense cause Toronto has this giant Poeltl deal they dont want and they can pair BI with Barnes, RJ, IQ to have a somewhat interesting team
He's always injured and is inconsistent. I wouldn't give him a large contract with a number of years on it. No way. He is like Zack Lavine empty calories.
Ingram can barely play 60 games a season and it seems like he just puts up empty stats. Does he really make a team better to get a max contract? It will be interesting to see what team gives him one 🤔

Pretty obvious trade on paper- swap Ingram for Jarrett Allen
Sengun extension!
bro trey murphy isn't a 20m a year player…he is about a 15m a year player he should not be getting paid more than Reaves
Give the Knicks BI for Mitchell Robinson
Brandon Ingram is like Trey Young, their play do not justify a high salary because they do not make a difference when it comes to titles.

not a laker trade so not a big deal to me 😁

Memphis should trade Marcus smart for Ingram
BI needs to quit being passive and look to score. Let DJM setup everyone up.

Brandon Ingram is still one hell of a player. Can the lakers trade for him?

Sleeping on Bi is crazy
I wonder who the pelican going to blame next lol

I just hope to God that my Kings dont trade for BI. pretty damn sure vivek wants to, but it doesnt make sense
How about Brandon Ingram for Jimmy Bulter ….🤷🏾♂️ i would make this deal.
Seems like The Pistons could use a Brandon Ingram
Pels also traded Nance Jr, they're moving on from that Lakers trade
Brandon for Lavine?
BI turnin into Zach Lavine except Pelicans know not to pay a max to a 2nd tier guy unlike Chicago
What’s crazy is Valincunus was perfect and he signed with the wizards for 3 years 30…. Like Nola couldn’t have offered that?
Wait… how many channels do you have, Travor? Dude is everywhere
If BI defense was elite defensively then yes but he’s jus not it just like kuzma
What's the difference between NBA FO and TBB? 'Splain…
He's always injured and is inconsistent. I wouldn't give him a large contract with a number of years on it. No way. He is like Zack Lavine empty calories.
Speaking like Zion hadn't missed way more games than Ingram.
Ingram is one of the best players in the league that nobody wants. I could see him playing in the Middle East in a few years.

how about warriors
Brandon "I'm high" 😂
Wb Rui for Ingram?
