  1. So, for those of you who don't remember our history with the GSW let me just list off a couple of tid bits because we had the pleasure of watching Curry be a juvenile dancing, GP2 dap up our players, set a new records for both franchises and watch our former coach Stotts who was here for 9 years give a hug to Chauncey (his successor) in the form of a Chauncey hug. Ill try and be brief. CJs coming out party way back in the early 2014s? where we had a competitive series that would give the birth of a rivalry much like our Laker one. Rivalry filled with KDs "lets be real you were never winning" comments on CJs podcast, Donkey Greens moving screens and general beef with our beloved Nurk, Dame living in Currys shadow, the 3 games of 4th quarter implosions after leading by 20, Igoudala and Klays shenanigans and comments towards our players and so much more. So after all the times we were stomped down and all the past history, we let a beat down occur on opening night…on our own court. Im sorry thats pathetic. Everyone calling themselves Blazer fans should be livid. Context matters. You don't lose to this specific team, season opener, in this fashion. You find a way to NOT. Period. I personally would have bodied GP2 for all the bullsht during or after the game. Was Zach Collins the last Blazer to have a pair of marbles? Boycott and step away. The fans dont deserve this.

  2. I'd like to see more of Deni+Simons like at the first quarter, it just worked better, they actually looked like a team, moving the ball well, trying to find open players, good spacing. 👍
And then Scoot came in 😅

  3. In the first minutes of the game, they played like a team. Scoot came in, and it became ball hugging hero ball, no defense, and no ball movement. and it made everyone force shots. JG, instead of leading them back to track, was worried about his own states. No one but Big D & Avdija run back to D. no one, but they & TC were boxing out.
    Unhealthy game altogether…

  4. Hard to have any motivation to follow the team with Billups STILL at the helm. Only word I can think of is embarrassing.

  5. This was a reality check.

Leadership starts at the top. That goes to the owner who… is literally a dead guy. The team is a mess and it's not going to get better until ownership gets resolved.

I realize I am a doomer but I don't think I'm unreasonable to think that.

The fact that players seemed to play with low energy and low focus on opening night means this might be a historically bad team.

  6. tempo was high at the beginning, guys got fatigue. coach should use the bench more frequently, back and forth, in high such pace.
    and use Clingan much more.

  7. This team sucks, top to bottom. We knew they would be awful, but lord, they all looked worse than I thought.

  8. I get this is a rebuild in all but we’ve suffered the worst losses in franchise history the past few seasons. Kinda unwatchable basketball. Hope things change soon, doesn’t look like it will tho.

  9. You can blame the vets for not keeping the pace, or Scoot for playing hero ball, but all of this ultimately rests on Chauncey's shoulders.
He is now responsible for the worst opener and HALF of the top ten worst point losses in franchise history. Run this idiot out of town NOW!

  10. “Waiving the white flag” halfway through the third Q is WILD. show me a successful sports franchise that condones that approach on opening night, Chauncey NEEDS to go. A little less than half the game is left, and you just throw in the towel, what kind of message is that sending to our young players? That he doesn’t trust them to make a comeback that’s what it tells me at least

  11. No… never let Deni wear red. This is the color of the basketball team that Deni hates the most in Israel. He came from Maccabi Tel Aviv whose color was yellow or yellow and blue. And to be serious now. Give him some time to get to know the players and the players in the team to get to know him and his game. The game will look better

  12. This just in, the Blazers were expected to suck this year and they sucked in their first game. Fans shocked.
