Dwight Howard ROASTS Embiid and 76ers

Dwight Howard rips into the Philadelphia 76ers and Joel Embiid about their game plan entering the 2025 NBA Season. To not play back-to-backs, is to not try. Do y’all want to win he quips. The 76ers have been riddled with injuries between Joel Embiid and Paul George. They will have a hard time putting all the starters together when they come back and don’t play the floor together. Tyrese Maxey will be taking over as Number 1 but then be relegated every other game. The flow for the offense will struggle this NBA season.

  1. Embiid was better off keeping his mouth shut in all honesty that mf can't even stay healthy enough to play, lol

  2. The root of the problem is the construction. Your star is injury prone. What's your solution?

Sign another injury prone player who is older to a max deal.

  3. This league is a joke today…ppl act like asking them to play we hating… your getting paid to play basketball first and they are exactly right it's not cohesive when you don't play

  4. How can maxley step up for months and embiid and pg rest ,and get credit, that retarded. The Celtics are cooking and 76ers are cooked, embiid delusional about his dominate in reel time as part time franchise player ,pg is wasted bag 212 million for part time number two

  5. Dwight is right, and Gregg Popovich already gave niggas the formula when Timmy tore his meniscus before the 2001 playoffs.

From 21-27 years old, he was played 39 minutes a night. from 28-39 years old, he was down to 31 minutes a game, played under 30 minutes a night 5 of those 12 seasons, and still played 73 games a season average.

Per 36 minutes, Timmy was basically the same level of production his entire career until his age 37 season.

THATS the key to maximizing Embiid, cut his minutes down, not keep him out of games entirely. It allows you to keep chemistry up, not guys expecting far more shots when he sits, then trying to adjust when 20-22 FG's aren't available for the rest of the team in a game because hes shooting them lol 🤦🏾‍♂️ making this shit far harder than it needs to be 🤣🤷🏾‍♂️

  6. As a fan, if I bought a ticket I want all the stars to be there. If they’re sitting out I’m. Ot buying and possibly not watching.. that’s a loss for the NBA, they will have to fix this situation.

  7. Hopefully they take that into account in mvp voting. It's easier to average more points without grinding like everyone else

  8. All you have to do is don't attend the games they will fix that SHIT QUICK 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

  9. Your team can't gel if you're in one game, out the other without a true injury. Just sitting because you wanna rest.. give me back the REST of my money then Joel.

  10. who said maxey was the third option ? PG got brought in to be what tobias harris wasn't a good third option !

  11. It’s all a ploy Embiid ain’t hurt like that fr the players union trying to get that required game number dropped during the next CBA so they don’t miss money for All NBA teams think about it you got maybe 6-10 “STARS” (subjective up for debate) across the league who were bubble players for All NBA due to game count that missed out on super maxes and from what we seen so far they either could not recover in time or still look hurt Adam Silver way of combating that is the probe investigation it may be the first but won’t be the last this year best believe the owners and league not going down without a fight on it

  12. Gil tripping i rather my star play as many games as he can. Im 100% with Dwight on this its a completely different playing style with 3 stars playing vs just 1 star on the floor

  13. They should just play Embiid every game, cause he gonna take his 25-30 game vacation at some point, no matter what you do.

These players are gettin so coddled and soft, they almost like MLB pitchers.

  14. I'll be honest with you I think he won't Out of Philly he just don't want the backlash that comes with it for asking for a trade
