Mikal Bridges BROKEN Shot

Mikal Bridges BROKEN Shot

Gilbert Arenas and the Gil’s Arena ROAST Mikal Bridges’s new shooting form with the New York Knicks. He went 1-6 in the 1st half before turning it around in the NBA home opener versus the Boston Celtics. The crew including Rashad McCants all agree with Gilbert that changing your form in the middle of your career is not worth it. He had a hitch in his shot and now it is gone. He will suffer the consequences of shooting percentage this year after being a prolific scorer in his early NBA career so far.

Gil’s Arena every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30am PT / 2:30pm ET.

  1. We all noticed his shot being god awful , but he actually was hitting it late in the game. Back to back to back jumpers

  2. I’m 43 and it’s an old saying that still holds true. “The last thing you lose is your jump shot” I’m not as fast as I used to be but my shot still water

  3. Bridges himself said he's been trying to "fix" his shot for 7 years. It's not as cut and dry as many would like to assume.

  4. Bro lead the league in corner threes the last 6 years and had shot 38% from 3, what possible reason could have to fix his shot.

  5. Stupid take by Gil again. He changed his shot in Phoenix to get where he was in the first place. NY is now screwing up what he built his first 2-3 years in the NBA.

  6. Lonzo ball probably the biggest success story with a shooting form change. But it’s one thing to tweak it for a formerly inefficient shooter like lonzo and just plain dumb to do it for a good volume scorer like Bridges

  7. He had a nice jumper… that Bob Cousy ass shii aint it.. n he slow enough to change his shot it was effective?? Tf

  8. Fool gone get the yips like Markel Fultz smh one thing I learned is that you NEVER change your jump shot form. Just shoot the form most comfortable to you and practice heavy
