Man this squad made no up grades !! The East teams made upgrades. They are too small and the best 2 players are naturally scorers . They can score but neither would average 25 points a game . Pat Riley needs to retire. The game has passed him by . You have all these forwards that are not big . You spent too much money to extend Hero . They move to fast with Rozier .

Big changes,first,Herro must go to the bench, 2nd,Buttler must wake the F up,otherwise trade him,3rd, Bam is NO LEADER,9 points,5 rebounds. That was a total embarrassment,and 4th, Spo better start using his players, at least 13 of them,hus coaching was Awful,and didn't know what players to play. And Duncan, and Wear must start. I hate the way spo uses his players. At this rate,the Heat won't win 35 games.

I would be looking to trade Jimmy, Bam, Tyler, Terry, and Duncan tonight looking for young talent and draft capital.

I think there are some major issues up top in this franchise. The NBA is passing this team by. I think the front office has its head up it’s own ass, and everyone enables each other.
Sometimes you don’t “have enough”, and you have to change philosophies to stay relevant. Leaning into your own self imposed stubbornness isn’t going to guarantee anything. You have to evolve.
This team has not looked well coached in over a year. Spo doesn’t get any blame, but I’m starting to question how good of a coach he still is. Like, why is everyone always being held back? Why is Bam just now being allowed to shoot 3s? Why is Ware being protected so that Bryant can go out there and be terrible? What are these perfect moments Spo is waiting for to do things that might help?
