JJ Redick has made his debut as head coach for the Los Angeles Lakers. And through his use of LeBron James, Anthony Davis, D’Angelo Russell, Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, Dalton Knecht, even Bronny, etc. within the Lakers offense, there was A LOT to dissect vs the Minnesota Timberwolves. And in a game where the Lakers shot as poorly as they did, they essentially broke the #1 rule of 3 point shooting be required to win in today’s NBA. Let’s dive into how JJ Redick made this possible, as well as what the Lakers defense has showed us.

  1. I believe Leeron at this point just wants another Championship and is willing to take a backseat.. and if the NBA is smart they have a once in a lifetime opportunity to have the 1st ever Father and Son duo win a Championship šŸ˜‰

  2. Itā€™s crazy how this looks like a team playing team basketball instead of waiting for something to happen

  3. Unrelated to your content but I appreciate that you're not promoting gambling, most basketball channels took that easy money.

  4. if jjreddick is a kind of strict coach very technical and good motivator i believed lakers reach the final.
always learns opponents strenght and weaknesses then how to counter play

  5. Dude. Way to early to praise him. Ngannou did well against Fury because there was no tape, look what AJ did to him with a game plan..

  6. JJ is someone LeBron RESPECTS, LeBron will listen and will be open to JJ. JJ has much higher basketball iq than LeBron and a better outlook at strategy. If he can manage lbj and ad through the season they are going to achieve good things this season.

  7. Damb I shouldā€™ve known Hamm was the problem. šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø The nuggets coach out coached him 10 times in a row

  8. If jj can be half of kerr i can see high potential from 3 point line from LAL as well as some good bench can help with chip. The gaurds and centre are not available to fullfill the role of bench.

  9. This could be the first year we get to watch Lebron play basketball instead of Lebron-ball. I always wondered how good heā€™d be in a cohesive offense that doesnā€™t run entirely through him minus diverting to extremely talented ISO options

  11. Someone finally understands how to run the offense through ad. Hopefully that means that Bron can finally rest a little this year

  12. My biggest takeaway was how much fun it looks like Rui is having. He looks like heā€™s enjoying every second of his playing time. Last year, he looked MISERABLE every time I watched this team. Having a coach that knows what he can do, and pushes him to do even more, looks like itā€™s doing wonders for him. Heā€™s incredibly talented, if an actual coach can just unlock that

  13. AD is an all time great big man. the stuff he does at his size is just truly insane, to be able to score on the perimeter like a guard and still dominate the paint.
