As much as I love the cp3 pairing with Wemby. Cp3 plays it safe WAY too much. That’s why I also wanted the spurs to try and get Russ because Russ will spoon feed Wemby as much as possible. Yeah the turnovers will be 3x as much as Cp3. But please cp3 stop playing it safe all the time.
I think a lot of people thought the Mavs offense was how it was because Luka wanted it that way when in reality it was because almost everyone on the team has sucked offensively

The Spurs had a bad offensive game because the Mavs defense was on point. Luka, Ky, and Klay played great defense!!
They are definitely good offensively but those three on the court at the same time would struggle defensively. So their success would be very dependent on matchups.

I understand what you’re saying, but they played the Spurs gang. This is a far cry away from the defenses they’ll see in a nightly basis across the western conference
