Why is Gafford still starting? It obviously didn't matter last night, but Lively is just a better player. He showed that in the postseason last year and he showed that again last night. He also played 27 minutes to Gafford's 18. What is the point of starting Gafford if that's what the minutes are going to look like anyway? Why not start games with your best five?
