  1. No one better to explain this situation then DimeDroppa, can’t trust any other sources. Glad you touched on the subject

  2. Kawhi has been a bad investment, anybody who couldn’t see that right now is delusional or lying to themselves. I think the best move for clippers right now is to move on

  3. Love how the guy is hurt but all u guys do is talk bad about him, when he come back and plays well please don’t be hypocrite and jump back in the Kawhi wagon

  4. I saw the lawsuit. The only thing that could be a problem is the part about a concussion. Not a doctor or lawyer, but after looking into it, the concussion part stood out.

  5. I've been following up on this lawsuit ever since it dropped. While I do agree it's a distraction meant to ruin the Clipper's image, postseason chances and future (the swapped pick with Thunder that could become no. 1), I don't think they should brush it off entirely. What this does mean is the Clippers have to be on their best behavior: absolutely no bad incidents on-court (like getting techs, flagrants, ejections or starting a fight) or off-court. All it will do is give further credence to the ex-trainer's case, allowing him to point to that one moment (or several) as a way of saying "See, I told you, this right there is who the Los Angeles Clippers really are!" By winning games, by defeating their opponents, by taking care of business, the Clippers can slow down the lawsuit to a complete halt, where having a great regular season record alongside postseason qualification can render the ex-trainer's talking point entirely moot.

There are two sides to the lawsuit. Ex-trainer is basically saying Clippers only care about wanting to be loved, respected and worshiped like Lakers. Clippers have been doing everything they can to prove they are not the Sterling-era Clippers of years past. Ex-trainer's case feels like a lawsuit made out of revenge: you ruined my life, now I'm going to ruin yours, "eye for an eye." On the Clipper's side, the ultimate proof of their willingness to work out the kinks was hiring Jerry West to personally show them how to run a franchise properly after years of mismanagement under Donald Sterling. And with every team in the league hungry to send this franchise into the lottery and helping the Thunder, this case could possibly change the landscape of the league forever. And with that reason, I don't think that ignoring the case is going to help.

Instead, they should use this as locker room material, motivation. If the Clippers are really looking out for Kawhi Leonard, then they need to have a stellar record by the time he comes back, and not get into any trouble.

  6. Brian Sutterer has a really good video to give the medical breakdown of how much BS this lawsuit is

  7. Good topic Dime & great points! The lawsuit is probably a money grab .. Kawhi signed a new contract AFTER this lawsuit.

The one thing I would say in Kawhi’s defense is this: Going back to the 2018-19 season when KL was with Toronto, either the NBA or Raptors released a statement in regards to his knee situation. It was revealed at that time he could not play back to back games due to his degenerative knee situation.
So, maybe the Clippers should have continued with that strategy going forward and a treatment based on that? It’s known his knee is legitimately an issue.
Also, having him play out of position guarding PF’s & at times centers, can’t be good for his knee either. Clippers have some blame here, especially not being transparent about his knee issues. Lying Ty Lue & Lying Lawrence cannot be trusted. In 2022 KL started the season on minutes restriction, that’s why he wanted to come off the bench, which was his idea.

  8. The only way this makes sense is if Sheldon is Kawhis mouthpiece. Shadow suit by Kawhi. He is shady af. Ask the Spurs how he (Kawhi) does business. Like the clippers but enough is enough. What I really love is the clippers fan base.

  9. The guys sueing the Clippers is just a trainer. He does not know more than that doctors. There's no way he's going to win this argument because a person who has a doctorate knows more than a person who is just a strength and conditioning coach.

  10. If they call what the Clippers did tampering then what about embiide on national television flirting with PG
